1. How to view your serial number

Once you are logged into your account you will see a serial number and download link to download the software as many times as you like. Click on My Account. Click on Orders. Click on the order number and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

2. Returning Your Product

Returning your product is really easy to do. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply email us and we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the product

3. Exchanging Your Product

Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a different product or for store credit. The process is simple. Simply email us and we’ll process your exchange as soon as you notify us that you have posted your product back.

4. Refunds on Software

EvoScan can be refunded if it is unable to work with your vehicle. Just fill in the contact us form below and we will issue the refund.

Refunds are not available for Tephra Mods however we will swap to another rom Id For the Vehicle.

5. Shipping

All International deliveries are shipped via DHL and are internationally tracked.

Often tracking will not show until the parcel has arrived in your country.

Approximate shipping times are:

DHL Express 5-10 days
New Zealand 1-3 days

7. Do you provide discounts or wholesale accounts?

Our cables, rom’s and software are extremely cost effective and discounted already, unfortunately we can not provide any further discount, the price reflects the cheapest prices possible so that everyone at home can afford to buy the software and to use it on their Mitsubishi Evo.

8. Invalid Evoscan download link

If you have purchased Evoscan Software and when you try to download it states “Invalid download link. Go to shop“. Go into your “My Account” page, then select “Orders”, then click on the “Order Number”, then scroll down and write down your serial number, then on the menu select “Downloads” from the left menu. Download your software from that provided link. Install the software. Please note that two boxes will popup, one to enter your email address first, then a 2nd box will popup for you to enter you serial number.
